We currently ship within the U.S. only. The shipping fee is a fixed $4.99 per order, no matter how much stuff you buy. If your order totals $89 or more, shipping is free — no coupon or anything like that, the discount just applies automatically.
Most orders are handled within 1 to 2 business days, then they go out. Shipping time after that is usually between 5 to 6 days, depending on where you live and what carrier is used. Sometimes it’s quick, sometimes there’s a delay because of weather or holidays — it happens.
We don’t let you choose the shipping company. Our system picks whoever is fastest and most stable at the time — usually USPS, UPS, or FedEx. It works better that way.
Please enter a full and valid street address. P.O. Boxes don’t work with some carriers, and that causes returns or delivery failure. Just better to avoid that issue upfront.
Once your package ships, you’ll get an email with the tracking link. Sometimes it updates right away, other times it takes a while. No need to panic — just reach out if it looks off.
There was a time a customer’s package got delayed because they moved the day before delivery. So yeah, double-check your address.
