1. When We Can Accept Returns
To return something, just make sure:

It’s still within 90 days — please don’t send something from last year.

It hasn’t been used, worn, washed, or stretched beyond recognition.

Packaging’s intact, tags still on, looks like new.

Keep the invoice or order confirmation — we need to find the order somehow.
Basically, if it doesn’t look new anymore, don’t ship it back and expect a refund.
2. Different Return Cases
A. If it’s our mess-up (wrong item, defect, delivery issue)
Like… your shirt shows up torn, or you ordered navy and got orange? Totally on us.

We’ll send a prepaid label. You don’t pay a cent.

You can ask for a replacement (if it’s still in stock), or go for a full refund — including shipping. Your call.
B. If you just don’t want it anymore
No judgment — we all buy stuff we later rethink.

Still applies to everything we sell.

You’ll need to pay for shipping it back. That’s standard.

Use tracked shipping if you can. It avoids awkward “where did the box go?” convos later.

Once we get it and check it’s okay, we’ll refund the item (minus the first shipping cost).
3. Stuff You Can’t Return
Sorry, no returns on:

Gift cards

Items marked Final Sale
Unless they arrive broken. Then yes, obviously.
4. How to Send a Return
Step 1: Reach out
Shoot us an email at [email protected] within the 90-day window. Please include:

Order number

Reason you’re returning it

If it’s damaged, toss in a couple pics — helps us speed things up.
Step 2: Wait for reply
We’ll get back within 1–2 business days. If it’s our fault, you’ll get a prepaid label too.
Step 3: Pack and ship
Box it up safe — original packaging is best, or anything that keeps it from getting smashed again. Send to:

5. Refund Timeframe
We’ll handle your refund once we get the item and check it’s in good shape.

Usually within 5 business days. Might be faster.

Refunds go to your original payment method (card, PayPal, etc.)

If you want store credit instead, just say so.
You’ll get a “hey, refund’s done” email when it’s processed.
6. Restocking Fees?
Nope. We don’t charge those.
7. When We Ship Stuff

Orders ship in 1–2 biz days (Mon to Fri, U.S. holidays off)

Delivery: 5–6 biz days after that (Mon to Fri, U.S. holidays off)

Orders before 2PM MST usually start moving the same day
